Abby Williams was born and raised in Knoxville. She attended Halls High School where she was a two sport athlete for four years. After high school, Abby spent two years at Carson Newman College where she was a member for the women’s basketball team. She later transferred to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where she graduated.
After graduation Abby began teaching and coaching basketball in Knoxville. She has coached at South Doyle Middle, South Doyle High School, and Bearden High School. She is currently an Assistant Principal at South Doyle. Abby is married to Darren and has two children, Aleaha (4) and Carson (1).
Abby enjoys coaching basketball to provide young ladies with the skills needed to not only be successful athletes, but to be successful young women. Additionally, Abby hopes to grow young ladies to be leaders on and off the floor.
